Affiliate Disclosure

The short version
ToolPilot participates in affiliate marketing programs. When you click a link on our site and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This revenue helps us keep the site free and fund ongoing research and testing.
Our commitment to you
Affiliate relationships never influence our editorial ratings, rankings, or recommendations. We review tools based on their actual performance — not on commission rates. Tools we don't recommend don't get recommended, regardless of whether we have an affiliate relationship.
Our scoring methodology is applied consistently across all tools in a category. If we believe a free tool outperforms a paid affiliate partner, we say so.
Which links are affiliate links
Links labeled "Visit Site", "Get Started", or "Try Free" in our reviews and comparison pages may be affiliate links. We do not use deceptive anchor text to obscure affiliate relationships. Direct URL links in our editorial body copy are not affiliate links.
FTC Compliance
This disclosure is made in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's 16 CFR, Part 255: "Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising." We comply with all applicable FTC guidelines regarding endorsements and material connections.
Sponsored content
ToolPilot does not accept payment for editorial review placement. We do not offer "sponsored reviews" or paid-for star ratings. Companies may not pay to improve their rankings on this site.
